How many sessions will I need?
Normally 6 spaced 8 weeks apart (so we see each other for the best part of a year). This works well with most women’s cycle and allows sufficient time for change to manifest before taking the next step - it takes 30 days for a new habit to form.

How often will we be in contact with each other?
We will meet in person or through Zoom for about 90 minutes every 8 weeks with a shorter ‘check-in’ halfway through, at about 30 days. The check-ins tend to be online or over the phone.
During this time, I will also be in touch to share information if there is something we are working on together that warrants it.We’ll use password protected file sharing space to house all the contentselected for you to digest and practice as well as your case notes.
I’m on HRT/the Pill/Medication – is that OK?
Yes, that’s fine. We will be working alongside your GP and any medication you have been recommended to take and are happy to continue taking.
I am, or will be, entering induced menopause due to hysterectomy, is that OK?
Yes, the reason behind women choosing to work with me varies widely. Each and every one of these reasons is valid and I will be able to support you.
